Interim 10/15/12
So far i have enjoyed Get Fit and love to take part in the activities we have done. Something that motivates me to do better is seeing everyone else pushing themselves. I have seen some improvement in my fittness level like in the community ran, in grade 10 my time had been 33 mintes, however this year i have gotten 25 minutes and also i have been able to go to the next level in the beep test. Something i have tried to do to be able to improve my fitness is try to push myself during they warm up activties. However something i need to improve on is showing more leadership and trying to help out more people. Something i would like to do more of is the community ran because i really enjoy being outside of the school area.

During grade 11 I had not taken part in any physical activity and I realize that I was getting really unfit, especially when I tried do join a sports team outside of school. I was not able to continue jogging for more then a few mintues and so i decided to try to and get more phyicsal actives into my life. I hope to build up on my stamina throughout the smetster by trying to really push my self and learn hope to do proper workout at the gym. Although it has only been a few weeks, I can see that i am starting to get more active and my stamina i diffenently starting to go up. I hope to continue until I reach my goal and hopeful can exceed what I wanted. The class has really been very enjoyable, and I would loved to continue the activities.
